Q: How can I decide what size(s) I need?

A: Please refer to the size chart located on my site. We offer sizes from Youth XS - Adult 6XL (some colors are not available bigger than 3XL). All measurements are taken from armpit to armpit across the front only for the width and highest point on shoulder to bottom seam. If you need any assistance on selecting a size, please feel free to contact us. IMPORTANT: Please make sure you order the size that fits. We cannot accept returns if you order a certain size, receive that size but it does not fit.

Q: Is this an Iron-on or a Transfer?

A: No, definitely not! The t-shirts are custom printed using an inkjet technology called Direct to Garment (DTG).

Q: How long will it take for my t-shirt to arrive?

A: All t-shirts are custom printed & shipped out in 1-2 business days. Shipping to the U.S & Canada can take anywhere from 5-10 business days. Shipping to international locations can take anywhere from 5-25 business days - delays are usually caused by customs.

BILLING POLICY

The price you will be charged for the order will be the total amount shown in the shopping cart when checking out, that will be the shirt price plus the shipping fee. We process payments through paypal only at this time and don't store customer's payment information anywhere. Your transaction will be 100% safe and secure with us at the bangertees.com.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days after your payment is received. Once it has been shipped out it will take 3-8 business days for delivery within North American and 7-20 business days elsewhere. US/International orders are shipped by USPS and Canadian orders are shipped by Canada Post and USPS. At this time we only provide tracking for orders being shipped to the US. For tracking please check the link in the email confirmation that was sent to you.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Shipped from US location. Tracking will update once the item is posted. International items tracked until they leave the USA.

Buyers are responsible for returning any shirts that are defective in original packaging and in new condition. You will be refunded 100% for the tshirt. We can only offer refunds for defective orders because we are a custom print shop and our shirts are made to order. Therefore if you have wrongly given us your size or if you order a size, receive that size but are not happy with the fit these are not grounds for a return.
